Below are some friendly reminders to complete your students' enrollment. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and are here to support you every step of the way. After completing, a member of our enrollment team will contact you via email about your next steps. - Required documentation, as part of the enrollment process, includes clear, legible copies of the following:
- Original Birth Certificate (click here for information on how to obtain a copy)
- Proof of Residency
- Acceptable Documentation: Utility Bill, Water Bill, Deed, Mortgage Statement, Closing Paperwork, Purchase Agreement or Lease Agreement
- Immunization Record
- Custodial Paperwork (if applicable)
- IEP or ETR (if applicable)
- All documentation can be submitted directly through the PowerSchool Parent Portal, emailed to [email protected], or dropped off at our Central Office located at 2 Warrior Way, Cincinnati, OH 45227.
- Please remember that registration is not finalized until the online registration forms are completed in the PowerSchool Parent Portal and the appropriate documentation is turned in.
