Juniors and Seniors- are you looking for community service hours? We need volunteers for our 8th Grade Open House on Thursday, January 23rd. The commitment would be from 5:30pm-7pm. Email or see Mrs. Zaya if you're interested.
Earn service hours volunteering at Fairfax Ladies Movie Night. January 31 6:30-9:15pm at the Fairfax recreation center. Also, Fairfax Bowling Day February 2 12-4:30 pm at Madison Bowl. Contact Tracy Naticchioni at tracynatch @msn.com or Kim Arp at karp @mariemontschools.org if interested
Sophomores- apply now for this leadership opportunity! The Regional Youth Leadership applications are now open. RYL leaders participate in monthly sessions examining topics such as arts, culture, economic development, local government, and more. The program will run next school year with monthly sessions occurring during the school day. Each session is held at a different business or organization throughout the region and led by community and business leaders. See schoology for the link to the application or email Mrs. Zaya. Applications are due to RYL by February 1st.
Open Houses are coming up for Live and Scarlet Oaks. Any sophomore and their parent or guardian can attend.
Scarlet Oaks- January 23 4:00-6:00 pm
Live Oaks-January 30 5:00-7:00 pm
Sophomores interested in attending the Oaks have until February 4 to apply. Contact Mrs. Tackett with questions.
Anyone interested in joining any of the tech crews for the musical should fill out this FORM by no later than Friday, January 31. Please fill this out even if you have crewed in the past - we just need to know that you are in! If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Lowery, Tyler Harden or August Hagen with questions.
