Six Mariemont Junior High School students were selected for an honors ensemble for the Ohio Music Education Association. Olivia Hoel, Andy Hudson, Alexander Karacostas, Sophia Long, Gwyneth Page and Miles Snyder were nominated for and performed in the OMEA District 14 Junior High Honors Orchestra.

 

These students prepared five higher level orchestra pieces beforehand, participated in large group and sectional rehearsals leading up the concert, and performed under the direction of Dr. Culligan of Northern Kentucky University. Congratulations to these students for all of their hard work!
