Monday, 1/9 – CELEBRATE DIFFERENCE DAY!

• 4th Grade field trip

Tuesday, 1/10 – Ask someone to sit with you at lunch.

Wednesday, 1/11 – Make a card for someone.

Thursday, 1/12 – Do three good deeds today – EARLY DISMISSAL at NOON

Friday, 1/13 – Mariemont Academy Day – NO SCHOOL

Second Quarter School-Wide Book: The Best Part of Me by Wendy EwaldAn award-winning photographer asked several children "What is the best part of you?", and presents their answers in this sometimes funny, sometimes moving, deeply personal book that includes striking black-and-white photographs taken by the author. Ideal for parents and teacher to use to discuss body image, self-esteem, and diversity with children

The Best Part of Me weaves poetry into photography.  Children share a photo of the best part of them and write to accompany their photo.  It showcases a diverse range of children, and the stories that make them unique.
