Mariemont Junior High School Recognizes 183 Students for Academic Achievement in Second Quarter

Mariemont Junior High School announced its second quarter honor roll and merit roll recipients this week after closing out the second quarter of the 2023-24 school year on January 12. In total, 183 junior high students were recognized.

Mariemont Junior High School awards students for making the honor roll or the merit roll each quarter. In order to be named to the honor roll, a student must have a GPA of 4.00 or higher while the merit roll is for students who finish the quarter with a GPA between 3.25 and 3.99.
 
The seventh-grade class placed 41 students on the honor roll and 34 on the merit roll. In the eighth grade, 68 students were named to the honor roll and 40 to the merit roll.
